So, I bought TSW5 Standard Edtion on PS4 about 7 months ago, it came with London Euston to Milton Keynes, Frankfurt Fulta, and an American route. Today I bought my first add on that didn't come with Standard Edtion, that being, Peak Forest Railway: Ambergate - Chinley to Buxton. Is there anything I should know before playing it tomorrow?
Major hot take: i really really like Trackmaster Revolution.
It absolutely has its flaws, my biggest issue being the no freewheeling when the motor is off, but it's a really good line. The engines disassemble and reassemble easy, making customization easier, the track system is realistic and sturdy, the sodor sets are actually decent, and the pulling power is really good. I also like how the wagons are smaller. Putting a tomy express coach next to a tomy truck makes the coach feel small, but Putting the same coach next to a Trackmaster Revolution 7 plank makes the coach feel much larger
Well, I suppose I should wait for the firing squad of tomy lovers🤣
