UTSC to UTSG transfer
Ok, so l've been accepted into the Arts and Sci UTSC coop program. While initially choosing an intended major, I've been exploring other options more thoroughly and found one I really enjoy at UTSG. So, my main questions are:
Is transferring plausible during the first year, or can you only apply in the second half of the first year, like in Feb. (as I heard and received a transfer offer in summer/autumn)
Can I apply to UTSG's prerequisites while still at
UTSC I heard it's possible, but I want insight from people who've actually done it. If I can't transfer in my tirst year and can only do so afterward, I wouldn't want to lose another year taking prerequisites for the major I like. For those in architecture studies right now, how would you rate it? Do you think it's worth the struggle? (I mean specifically the university's teaching style, not the academic rigor.)
3.5. Kind of an additional point to the previous question if enrolled in architecture studies: what major are you in? And for those taking "Specialist in Architectural Studies: Design of Architecture, Landscape, and Urbanism Stream (AHSPE1001)" or
"Specialist in Architectural Studies: Technology of Architecture, Landscape, and Urbanism Stream (AHSPE1003)," any notable insights? Did you struggle figuring out the difference between the two? How are the professors?
