I was very confused by the email that went out last month to RTT holders. If my wife and I are attending together and she doesn't have a FIFA account, do I have to make her one and assign her a ticket? Or can I just keep both in my account and scan us both in from my phone (which feels like the more likely way we'd be seated together, rather than assigning and requesting seating next to one another). This whole process has been terrible and it makes me regret even trying to go to this World Cup. Only FIFA could put a damper on their own flagship event like this.
