Precisely that part on my wrist whenever I extend it. It feels very tight and sometimes painful, but it comes and go. It can be quite hurtful in the morning but perfectly fine in the evening. The pain only occurs whenever I do a wrist extension. I believe that the culprit for this is the chest press I had been doing.

The pain has persisted for over 2 months. During these 2 months, I had 2 doctor visits. I just visited an orthopedic doctor(at one of the best hospitals in my country too) literally last week. Both of them asked a few questions, ran some tests, yet both said there's nothing wrong with my wrist and only told me to give it time.

I can't feel at ease at all because it's never happened to me. I hope it doesn't stay with my for the rest of my life. I can feel it but the specialists said otherwise. Is there anything else I can do? Am I being impatient? Are 2 months not enough for a full recovery?
