TCL 50 inch q651g 4K Qled has a stuck Green pixel
Hello everyone, I got this TV a week back and from the very first day i was able to see this green dot which was barely visible from a distance but still noticeable.
After keeping it off for one night i didnt see that dot the next day, i thought its gone but it apperead again.
I am only able to see it on a black background or a somewhat dark background.
I bought it from best buy online as this unit is not available in stores and it is only shipped.
Best buy only has in store return and online return options, i dont have a car and i am confused if I should take stress of returning and then hoping the other one turns out fine because i saw some reddit posts that says there is always some issue with the pixels.
Will it cause other pixels to get stuck or other pixels wont be a problem?
As i am sure tcl wont help me until there are 16 dead pixels.
Any suggestions?
