(EDIT: I called a local IT guy and he was able to help me fix it.) I was just playing on my xbox this morning and I went to the gym then came back home and hoped back on and I couldn't sign onto my account. I went to the link it told me to go to which was account.live.com and it says my account has been locked and my account recovery has been blocked. I have ZERO clue how this happened. It says I went against TOS somehow but I’ve had my account since 2015 and have spent $1000 so I would never do anything to jeopardize that. Any help on why this happened would be greatly appreciated.
