Hi folks i am having a hard time making a decision, help me out if anyone can in making a choice as my joining is next week:

TCS - 11.5 LPA fixed (C1 grade)
KPMG India - 10L fixed + 80k joining bonus ( Associate Consultant)
Deloitte India - 10L fixed no Joining bonus ( Consultant)

what to pick as i feel 11.5 would be a great base for my next switch but also TCS is 5 days WFO which would be hectic for me, then again i am bending towards KPMG a little , Of all the offers i have Deloitte is the bigger brand of em all not that i care for any brand but everyone else will eventually do.

KPMG HR said we are open to negotiation as i told em i am expecting around 12lpa from deloitte but they said they can only match what KPMG is giving so i have not called her for negotiation as offer letter is expected to be released by tomorrow
