I don’t know what to do with my hair

not gonna lie I feel like even though this is a ugly stage my twists look horrific I do plan to loc them but, i think I lost my parts and everything and I’m not sure what to do now, I feel like though there’s something that needs to be improved.
This is my first time using Reddit but honestly I been wearing hats cause of how bad my hair is
