Hi,
Generally, during the job change or hiring new employee, the comp grade profile gets picked up automatically when it is already existing in workday. but however, if it is not existing in WD then it is not picked up automatically. we need to raise a ticket to compensation team to create one.

My question is- Is it possible to setup to trigger this task to compensation team automatically when the comp grade profile is not available in workday. or do you think reporting can solve this problem?

Hello, I feel that creating positions are kind of repetitive task in workday.

How are our processes currently- Firstly, we deal the budget for positions outside workday and then if approved we create a position in workday>then open requisition to integrate with Greenhouse and the recruiters start hiring in GH>once they find the candidate and click hire in GH then the candidate is pushed to Workday through integration.

My desire is to there is any way we automate position creation or do something around this as we just keep on creating positions whenever we need one!
