Warranty Repair Sent to Strafe Outerwear

I am looking for some advice on a ski jacket purchased from Strafe Outerwear that was sent in for repair. I originally contacted the company through their website and was given information on where to send the jacket. I sent the jacket in using UPS in February of this year and have the receipt. I initially never heard back from the company confirming receipt. I sent several emails to their customer service department and eventually received a brief email saying they had received the item and would be getting back to me with the repair status and timing. Since then, I have not heard back from the company. It has been 3 months!! I have sent probably 20+ emails through various routes including their website portal and direct to the original customer service email. Basically crickets except for one brief response from a guy named Jacob saying he was going to look into the status immediately. I never heard back from him. I have also left 5 messages on their customer service line and on the answering machine at one of their retail locations in Aspen. I have not received a call back. This seems completely absurd! I realize they probably outsource their customer service department since they are a small company, but it seems nonexistent. At this point I am out a $600+ jacket. I just want my jacket back, repaired or not. Also, I will never be purchasing a thing from them again. I like supporting small companies but not having any semblance of a customer service department in today's competitive market is crazy. Any advice on how to get my jacket back?
