Hi, so currently I pull double duty as a Front End sponsor and an Aisle Location champion. For those of you that don’t know what that is, I basically go around the store to ensure items are in their proper locations and that all the end caps have the proper signage, etc. Recently, out of frustration due to leadership change, I went to a friend of mine on stocking 1 and asked her if they had any openings on their team. I’ve learned today that the stocking 1 team lead and coach is now trying to steal me from the front end. I’m not too concerned, but I’d be sad to leave my front end team. On top of that, my front end coach doesn’t want to lose me on the fact that I’m a super hard worker and I make the customers happy. For anyone who has been in a similar circumstance, what are the differences from what I’m doing now to what I could be doing if I went to stocking? I honestly can’t make up my mind and I know it’s going to come time to make a decision in the next few days to a week.
