Steam in game refund help
So I’m going to make a very long story short. Basically, around April 28th in Dead By Daylight, a bug started happening where I get kicked out of a match midway through for no reason at all. I then get a penalty where I can’t play the game for a certain amount of time and even after that penalty the bug happens again and the penalty gets longer and so on so fourth. The problem is that I made a $10 purchase for the Rift Pass in DBD and now I can’t complete the rift pass meaning I wasted $10 because of a glitch that’s out of my control. I’ve been back and fourth with BHVR Support and not only have they not fixed the bug, but they also refuse to refund me the $10 purchase I made in the form of the in game currency. So at this point, I don’t even care about the game currency, all I want is a $10 credit to my Steam account. If yall know a way to get in direct contact with Steam or something like that please tell me how. I was just gonna dispute the charge from my bank but I heard that can ban your Steam account until you pay the $10 back.
