I'm afraid I can't write anything without it.
I used to be an actual writer, for years.
But now, I can only line up the most basic sentence, and at times they don't even make sense!

I have had a problem with Squarespace and the automation emails I sent to my customers.
When someone purchases one of my workshops online, they oftentimes don't receive the workshop material because they may have opted out from marketing emails, which means Squarespace will no longer send them emails.
The emails also land in their spam folder, when they do receive it.
That's frustrating as my customers aren't getting what they paid for.
I have switched my workshops to download products so that customers can download a document with links - that has worked better but that's still not optimal.
Is there another way around the Squarespace email restrictions?
Should I bite the bullet and use MailChimp?
To those of you who use Squarespace for products, do you use a different email marketing service?
My community is growing so I need a more effective solution.
