My mom is 54 yrs old and has been diagnosed with corticobasal degeneration. I'm her caregiver and honestly i find that hardest part is having to deal with her constant breakdowns. She has MENTAL breakdowns EVERY SINGLE DAY it drains ALL MY ENERGY. Is it common in these patients to have such breakdowns and how do u deal with it? My mom was a perfectionist and wanted everything done her way when she was in her health so im seeing her behaviour is the same except that now its accompanied with screaming and crying.
