help does she like me what do i do
ok guys basically i have this situation with my co worker and i need help
here are the facts:
we have a big age gap, shes much older than me (i feel like i will get flamed if i say our ages but im pretty young but its legal)
we met at work and got close in around january/february and since maybe march we hang out often and text everyday non stop
i like women and i think ive made that clear to her, and shes definitely lesbian, more on the butch side.
what makes me think she likes me but also maybe shes just being like weirdly maternal idk
- we hang out alone until late hours
- she always drives me home even when i try to say no
- she tries to pay for everything yada yada
ok heres the notes list of the things that have happened:
5/2: went to her party
told me i like ur hair
hugged me goodbye like a real hug
but also it came up that her type is tall waisans…??? (not me)
MADE me text her when i got home
5/3: painting
brushed my hand multiplle times but she kind of had too
payed for pizza tried to pay for ice cream we fought about it
we just laid there on the floor
talked about life about childhoods
people watched and it was so intimate idk
told me she had a bone to pick with me because the night before she had said “i like ur hair” and i hadnt said anything about me liking her new haircut like she was genuinely upset and thinking about this
but also made multiple references to my age and how we are friends
5/17: group hangout
they all leave around 9 or earlier
i stay until like 11 she asks me to stay
we pack and then she makes us tea and we talk
for context i said a few weeks ago that i was thinking about getting an eyebrow piercing
then as we are walking out of her building she says “i know you didnt ask for my opinion but i dont think u should get an eyebrow piercing” i ask why, she says she has 2 reasons, i say tell me the reasons, she says “one i think your really pretty so you dont need one” and rhen some dumb reason about our job
as we are driving i tell her i think her logic is flawed, and to explain, and she says “you just want me to say i think your pretty again”
i didnt compliment her back which i probably shouldve
also she went on a trip and got me a souvenir which she did not get for anyone else
as we were packing we kept touching hands
made plans to hangout this friday
also she keeps calling me babygirl over text idk if its serious or joking
HELP does she like me??? and if she does what do i do? i asked a friend who is older and she said that she probably doesn’t feel comfortable making the first move bc of my age and that i might have to.
