Sorry in advance if I've bumped my head or if this has been discussed, but for years there were 'No Pets' signs on light poles all around the green at Herbert Von King, and I'm seeing a ton of dogs on the morning commute roaming around and playing fetch on the grass, all with a dedicated dog park barely 100 feet away. This just seems selfish.

The grass already looks torn up as hell and it's barely May, am I missing something? Love chilling out there with friends but not loving the idea of scoping for crap all summer.
