For context- I have had my oura ring for 4 years. I have gotten major signs (even when I’ve been major sick) like twice. I woke up today to this, alongside incredible sleep and readiness scores. I feel fine. Yesterday, my sleep was a 90 and readiness was in the 70s and I was tired but that was due I think to being out the night before and some wine. Curious what you all think??
