Morning sickness

I’m on my 3rd week at 1.5 and am now experience intense nausea until about 2 pm. I tried eating breakfast? Then worked out and it was hard not to vomit. Should I wait to eat after working out? Should I only ear in afternoon/evening? Or should I call it quits. So far, the scale hasn’t changed. Any suggestions.
