What do you think?

40 YO, no dependents, not married. Homeowner with approx $200k in low interest debt. Currently 17 years of federal service. Approx $415,000 in my TSP currently. Would love to retire at 55 but think 57 may be better.

My questions-

  1. will I have enough?
  2. how unadvised would it be to retire at 55?

TIA!!!

Rehome a dog

Hi, I have a unique problem. I have a dog that I need to rehome. Its owner has passed away and his heirs are unable to keep the dog. I am helping settle the estate and unfortunately this is one of the worst parts. I don’t want to take her to the pound!I have contacted a few rescues and so far the response seems to be along the lines of “why don’t you just keep her”. Unfortunately, without going into details, that’s just not possible. It doesn’t mean that she’s not loved. What’s the best way about getting her a new opportunity? I am asking for a method to rehome her, not just a person on the internet randomly saying “maybe interested” like she is a random item from FB marketplace.

Female, approx 5 YO, house broken, pittie mix, 50 to 60 lbs, spayed. Seems to be good with other dogs and at least cats she knows. No idea how she is with kids.

EDIT for spelling and dog details….
