Confusion on WW, EMW and schedules

I was hoping to get some help with wake windows and early morning wakes! As of right now my LO is 14 weeks old, about to be 15 weeks tomorrow. He has been doing really good at putting himself to sleep for naps and bedtime as he recently started using his thumb to suck on. I usually start naps and bedtime with his pacifier in, but sometimes he'll push it away and use his thumb. Though he also likes having his pacifier so its been 50/50 on that.

His naps are hit or miss on lengths since I know short japs are normal at this age. His naps yesterday was 30/1.5 (fell asleep while being worn by my husband at Costco, transferred to car where we then drove around a bit to lengthen his sleep)/36/41 (he woke up for 20 minutes but he was crying and seemed tired so I held him until he fell back asleep for another 36).

Last night we did his bedtime routine and put him down to bed at 2012. His last wake window was 1 hrs 48 minutes, 1 hour 30 technically as it took him about 10-15 minutes to fall asleep (no crying though!). But then he woke up around 2325 screaming and crying. I tried soothing first but he just kept letting his pacifier fall. I tried helping him use his hand and it somewhat worked until I let go of it and he let his hand drop. I tried feeding him but he didnt want it. After about 15 minutes of this I reinserted his pacifier again and he finally took it and fell asleep. Only to wake up about 40 minutes later crying again. I tried soothing first as it wasn't midnight yet and thats usually when he eats and it seemed to work in short spouts as he would calm but then get worked up again. By the time the clock hit 0000 I fed him and he ate. I put him back in his crib and he whined a bit but then fell asleep until 0320. Which is around the time he eats again so I fed him then put him back.

Problem is, he woke up at 0444 crying. I knew he wasn't hungry so I gave him time to see if he would settle. When he escalated I gave him his pacifier and he went back down. Only to wake up around 0530 seeming to be awake. I gave him a few minutes but he started escalating again so then I just brought him into bed with us and he slept until 0730 ( which is about DWT).

I'm super unsure of his wake windows as I try to follow this schedule that I got from a sleep consultant and their schedule said he should have a wake window of 1/1.5/1.5/1.5/1.75 with a bedtime of 2045, but I have noticed that he can go longer in the morning and if i try putting him down at the 1 hour mark he fights it. They have one for different ages and it said for babies 3.5 month - 4 month their wake windows should be 1.25/1.75/1.75/1.75/1.75/1.75 but they said bedtime is supposed to be 2130.

DWT is 0715 (0730 is also okay) and we shoot for a bedtime of 2000 (though its used to be 1900-2000). My husband and I enjoy our evenings together after he goes to bed. I would ideally like to keep his original 1900 bedtime but the baby math is confusing the heck out of me and causing me stress that he isnt getting enough sleep or too much sleep or he isnt getting enough awake time or hes getting too much awake time. Am I supposed to drop a nap? Please help!

Pacifier Use for Daytime but not Sleep

I've been reading up on pacifier usage and sleep training. My bubs is only 13 weeks but I'm trying to prepare for when he turns 4 months ish. He uses a pacifier for all sleeps and we've had success with FIO but he needs his pacifier. He knocks it out constantly since he has his arms out and cries until it gets reinserted. Once he is in deep sleep though he'll sometimes spit it out or it falls put and he is fine without it.

Im wondering though if its possible to wean the use of it away for all sleeps (night time and naps) but still be able to pull it out for cars and planes and whatnot. I have seen him suck his thumb on multiple occasions now and has even done it in the car to fall asleep. Im still iffy on thumb sucking as I have seen what happens if it happens for too long.

I ask this cause we are flying with him when he is 5 months and definitely want to have his pacifier as a soother for the flight. But I do not want to play the pacifier game all night either. Help?

I have a 3 month old who has consistently been waking after his 4 am feed almost hourly. Like he is bright eyed, bushy tailed, screaming happily into the night at 4 am, 5 am, and 6 am. I ideally want him to ya know, sleep those times which he can sometimes do if I put his pacifier back in he'll start to nod off a little on his own and I can maybe get another 40 minutes before he is bright eyed and busy tailed again.

He used to wake up at 7 am way back then but now he is up at like 6. Which I know is normal, but I go back to work soon and I wake up around 7 due to my and my husband's alarm going off at that time.

His bedtime is usually 7/730. Im not expecting him to sleep the full 12 hours but I am now wondering if I should move his bedtime to 8 pm instead.

What should I do? Usually around 530 am Ill just bring him into bed with me and cosleep till 630 when he stirs and then just hold him for the remainder of the 30 minutes in hopes that it will somehow get him to shift to 7 am.

Signed a very very sleep deprived mom who is anxious about going back to work on very little sleep.
