Can you be seasonal for over 11months?
When I was first hired as a seasonal employee I was told it would be max 11 months. I didn’t care much about that at the time because I was hitting my rate and I figured I’d get my blue badge by now. Fast forward 10 months went by fast and i have about a month left before I hit the 11month mark. I was hired as ft but I switched to flex pt. I have no write ups and I hit my rate so I’m not sure of the problem. I’m looking for other jobs just in case ofc but the job market is trash. I’m young and I’m still on my mom’s health insurance and stuff so I’m not too worried about the benefits but I do have bills and I don’t want to be blindsided without a job. So I just was wondering has anyone been white badge for over 11 months or do I just need to be getting prepared to be let go at this point?
