Last week I noticed 9,000 points hit my Hyatt account but I didn't think anything of it because I stayed 4 times in different hotels in the last 2 weeks. Yesterday I noticed that non generated points since 3 were booked using points and one from a third party website. I enter a chat with Hyatt customer service and they told me they came from Bilt. I didn't have that many points in my account and the last time I transferred was 20,000 points in March. Hyatt says don't worry about it and enjoy but I'm worried they will be clawed back or if I use them I might owe someone, any advice banana warriors. Also, for context I don't have a bilt card only a bilt account which I haven't used to make rent payments in over 6 months give or take.
