Is it pre-approved or there will be a hard enquiry?

I got a message today that I am eligible for pre approved legend credit card , but in kotak 811 app legend card is not available.

Raised a dispute for wrong address, the address has been removed but this is showing, will it be removed or it will remain forever? Will there be any problem for me to get credit cards in future if this shows up.

Has anyone faced this cibil remarks problem before ?
