Title says it all. Contemplating going with another big company when chat recommended this but can’t find anything about it online lol

Hey all,
I filed a property tax protest and was told best situation is to do it yourself and if they reject you - get a professional involved mid process.
I filed everything 4 days ago online at the CollinCAD website (it’s called a property value appeal apparently).
I logged in today to see an ARB hearing was set. I thought they would send an informal offer first before setting the hearing. I postponed it a couple months because I’ll be travelling and they only gave me 2 days when rescheduling.
When does the informal offer come? I’m nervous to go in myself and talk to someone. Anyone did this before?
