Hello,

late 20s, I work from home and would like to meet others.

I used to work in this area and I loved saigon mall, all the boba tea spots, and the temples. Although Temple doesn't seem like a place to socialize, but more of a peaceful place to reflect.

I want to join some clubs or groups, are there any you can recommend?

I go to cafes, restaurants, parks, and I try to be out in public generally. But everyone is with their own friends and it feels impossible to break the mold.

Concerts are really difficult to talk to people, and all the online apps seem vacant. I go to conventions but once again it is just groups of people not looking to talk to anyone else.

If you were trying to meet someone, as someone with no friends or close family, what would you do?

Does anyone know a Japanese-speaking primary care physician in the DFW area accepting new patients? My boyfriend is more comfortable communicating in Japanese for medical visits. Even a clinic with Japanese staff or interpreter support would help. Thank you so much!!

What is a place that I must try in the Plano area for dinner? Ideally something that can't be found outside of texas.

Hello! I’ve had severe POTS for a few years now since a bad bout of mono, and was wondering if anyone has any good specialists in the area. I’m currently being treated by a primary doctor and a cardiologist, but I still have a pretty low quality of life. Does anyone have a good specialist with POTS expertise that is willing to trial medications and such? My primary said she’s uncomfortable prescribing anything for POTS, and my cardiologist is unwilling to try anything outside of beta blockers (which I’m on). Thanks!

My son is really taking off and I want to take him somewhere safe to stretch his legs. He’s falling and flopping around while he learns lol so someplace with a nice soft padded area or some well maintained grass (no dog poop / pee.) Recommendations highly appreciated!
