Turning my surface pro 2 into a server - help?

I have an old surface pro 2 which I loved greatly until the windows bloat made it idle at 7/8gb of ram usage with nothing installed. Now I'm not sure what to do with it. I was thinking of turning it into a server/download slave for my media server or maybe even a print server or something. I have seen lots of random videos over the last year or so talking about a way to strip out a lot of bloat from windows, but so far haven't tried. Is there a good guide or laundry list of tasks that might help me to this end?

Trouble sending book to 12th gen paperwhite, no trouble with 11th gen?

My wife recently got a new kindle (12th gen paperwhite) and it doesn't seem to be receiving the books I'm sending it via the email function. I have an 11th gen and am able to send books to it all the time, sending the exact book that I'm trying to send to hers. Did amazon beef up the like, spam filtering on the 12th gen or something? Is anyone else having this issue? The book fails to be received as an EPUB and as AZW3. The jobs complete fine, I'm using one of my gmail accounts and I can see that the email is sending both to hers and mine. One of the times I sent her the book, a few hours later I got an "empty content" type of email from amazon, the contents of which I'll include blow:

How much welding is required to actually build one of these?

Never gotten the chance to learn, and I dont think my wife would want an O2 tank sitting in the garage for safety reasons, let alone the rest of the mess that comes with it so I'm probably SOL actually gaining the skill. However, i think building a cafe racer out of an old honda or something would be really cool and rewarding. How required is the actual craft of welding?

My Japanese jazz albums are consistently broken up across tracks, what am I missing?

Almost all of my japanese jazz flacs in my music folder get broken up across tracks even though they are in the same file and have are numbered in order. Sometimes it pulls them out of the middle of the album. I'm not sure how to manually or automatically fix this?
