Recommendation for reputable and trustworthy jeweler to add safety chain to tennis bracelet?

I’m new to the area and have a tennis bracelet that needs to have additional security clasp added to it. I’ve heard horror stories of people taking diamonds to jewelers and it being swapped with lab diamonds or other gems. Thanks in advance for the recs

When to put my dog down?

How do I know if it’s time to put my dog to sleep? He still eats and drinks water. He’s 15 years old. He eats treats but he doesn’t get happy for them anymore. He doesn’t wag his tail anymore. He is blind and deaf. But he is not in pain. His twin sister was put down last year because she stopped eating. I’m not ready but I don’t want him to suffer. I don’t know if I’m keeping him around because I’m selfish or because it’s really not time/the right thing to do yet.

Nuna double travel - tipping?

I have a 2 1/2 year-old who will almost be 3 when my twins are born. I need an easy travel stroller that I can fold with one hand and after doing research the Nuna travel double one is the lightest weight and easiest to use, but I’ve read that it can tip. My plan is to put those like add-on ride along attachments for my older one to ride along with. Specifically the Valco Rover Rider that attaches to the handle we push the stroller from. I’m hoping that will help prevent tipping forward. Does anyone have this stroller? Are you happy with it?

How would you spell this name for correct pronunciation? Tee-ahm

The name we like for our baby boy is Tiam (how it’s typically spelled). I’m worried Americans would see this spelling and say tye-Am (a sound like apple). The pronunciation is Tee-ahm. It means apple of my eye in a regional Persian dialect (lori) my family is from.

I don’t like the spellings:
Teeam
Teeahm
Teeom

Really the only spelling I like is Tiam lol but open to potential alternatives aside from the above

OBGYN recommendations who are comfortable delivering twins via vaginal birth?

Seeking OBGYN recs specifically for OBs who are comfortable delivering twins via vaginal birth. My current OBGYN originally said she is comfortable as long as both are head down but after speaking to my MFM, I learned the standard of care is for only baby A to be head down - baby B can be breech so I want to find a new OB. Thanks in advance!!

Induction for vaginal delivery - Di Di

My first singleton pregnancy was a successful vaginal birth. I was induced at 1cm dilated because my contractions were not progressing for over 48 hours. I’m currently pregnant with di di twins. I expressed to my OBGYN the first time I met her that I want to try for a vaginal birth and she said if both twins are face down I can try. At my most recent visit I asked about delivery timing. She said I would be scheduled for a c section at 38 weeks if I don’t go into labor before then/ nothing crazy comes up prior. I again told her I would want to try for a vaginal birth if both are face down so asked about induction. She said she would not induce unless “something is happening already” and to “prepare for a c section.” I don’t know if I am reading too much into it but I feel like that statement gave me the vibe that she is not supportive of a vaginal birth. My plan is to ask her during the next visit under what conditions would she induce. I thought they can induce even if labor hasn’t started naturally. I don’t want to be forced into a c section because she thinks it’s inconvenient to induce a twin pregnancy. Now I’m thinking if I should find a new OBGYN but I am almost 18 weeks pregnant and don’t know if another doctor will take me.

Stroller recommendations for twins + older toddler

We have the uppababy vista for my 2.5 year old but barely use it because it’s very bulky and heavy for me to get in and out of the car so I end up using the cybex libelle travel stroller for her most of the time. I’m expecting twins and need a stroller that is not heavy nor bulky. I’ve read about the bugaboo donkey duo as an option. Do people put both newborns in one bassinet until they are big enough to go into separate stroller seats? How does that work? And what about the toddler? I’ve seen attachments for strollers that let toddlers kinda stand or sit on the back like a little skateboard. Basically what is a good set up that isn’t hard for a short mom to get in and out of the car lol.

Sorena is a very strong, masculine boys name in my culture (one of Persia’s greatest warriors) and we love it for our boy on the way. My husband is worried the name will come across as too feminine in America where our son would get bullied or constantly mistaken as a girl because it ends with an A. But I think of other boy names that end in a similar sound like Noah, Elijah, Jonah, Luca, Jeremiah, etc. And yes we know about Soren - a popular name Scandinavian name.

Wanted to seek public opinion on whether or not Sorena will be an easy name for a boy? Thanks!
