Suppressing tics bringing me into a full tic attak

Hi my name is Evie I was in science class the other day about to do a test I was revising I was obviously my tics were playing up because of my anxiety and the sub I had told me to hold in my tics as it's disrupting and the behaviour is horrible. I then went into a full tic attack 20 minutes later from suppressing my tics but the worse thing isn't that unfortunately I had gone into a full seizure in the process and made me feel hot flushed and ill. Subs need to be educated before coming to the school I was left for 5 minutes with the sub not knowing what to do before my support teacher came home and I got sent home.

WOW

Hi my name is Evie (female). In 2023 I had been diagnosed with tourette's syndrome and I had told the school they say to me absolutely fine that's okay we will be so mindful of you and they was. At this point i was only making head movements and face movements over the Easter half-term I had picked up a couple of vocal tics and no one can tell me to stop becuàse obviously I can't. So I have this teacher and lets call her miss grace. Miss grace would always tell her to shush and that I was very clearly faking my tics. I email the school and the next day I go into school and the teacher says to me " Evie you need to go down to isolation for this lesson as your tourette's are distracting and disturbing " I email the school and on the Monday I run home and say that she wasn't in my mum said she was most likely ill then on the Wednesday the school ring me and say that the teachers contract has been signed to leave the school and will not be returning to the school. I am happy about this however still supress my tics to this day thinking someone is going to tell me off
