i know its not the actual mouse bc if it randomly "stops working" and im running geforce now(streamed gaming service), i just go to that app and it shows it's registering all my mouse inputs. but its not registering anywhere else on my comp, desktop, browser, games that arnt running on GeForce ect.

(happens when im not using geforce now too, just using it as an example to show my mouse inputs are still getting registered in some way, just not by my PC.)

AI said it could be an invisible overlay, which is my only lead rn.
