I got this done in September 2025. Titanium, internally threaded (i think). I tend to heal slow, so am scared of swimming or taking it out. How's it looking? Sometimes when I clean it, a bit of blood or fluid comes onto the gauze/qtip from the bottom hole.

Any tips or suggestions. Should I down size?
