Thank you for replying me on last post I have few queries my last cycle I was not given any treatment as my Hba1c was 7.3 doctor has asked me to get below 6 so we can sustain the pregnancy and it wouldn’t harm the baby if concieved. I’m on metformin 3 times a day and I’m being monitored with my glucose level. I’m also following diet given by dietician. I’m obese like 96kgs. Can you please tell me what has worker for you where HbA1c was high and I’m bring insulin resistant too with PCOS and Thyroid. Please help girlies.

I’m 31F, with PCOS trying to conceive since last 5 years my current weight is 97kgs, I’m already taking medicine like metformin, cq300. Can you please help me what helped you as part of lifestyle changes which lead to weightloss. kindly suggest

hi I’m 31.7 F, I’m overweight with PCOS and thyroid and my Hba1c has shot up to 7.3 and my gynaec has asked me to reduce and get it below 6 so we can have good embryos. I have started with Metformin 500mg twice daily I’m at 96kgs please help me if anyone has succeeded getting pregnant. I am doing now home cooked meals but my mind can’t stop craving about icecream and cake😭 I’m thinking of IVF for next year please pour your experiences.
