relationship is getting really hard

hey, so ive (26F) been in a long distance relationship with my bf (32M) for about a year and a half. i used to live where he lives but right before meeting him i accepted a job offer in another state so we’ve been separated almost our whole relationship. we see each other once or twice a month. he has told me multiple times he is not willing to move to me because of his job so the expectation is for me to move to him however i’ve been applying for 7 months and haven’t heard anything and our patience is wearing thin as we have more and more fights. i don’t know what to do. there’s threats of “we should break up” or “i can’t do this anymore” almost every time we fight which makes my desire to look for jobs even less. i casually apply every week but it’s been tough. i don’t know what to do or how people in these situations handle this, we’re both young and i get he feels like his life is passing by with no clear end date and i feel the same. is this common in long distance relationships? how do people make this work?

implant about to reach 3 years and unsure of what to replace it with

so i got my implant (implanon NXT) in june 2023 and technically it lasts about 3 years so im due for a removal. however i now have to think about my next birth control method. i’ve been eyeing non-hormonal BC because i am a bit scared of the effects hormones have on my body. i had an irregular period for about 1.5 years with the implant and although my libido has dropped as well am going to attribute that to me gaining weight. i have always had a heavy-ish period. what’s a good birth control for me? what is everyone’s experience with the copper iud?

over 100 application in 7 months and no offer. what am i doing wrong?

hey, so for context i’m 26F working as a software quality engineer in the RMS department. majored in comp sci. i used to work as an associate engineer in moorestown but i didn’t like the culture much or my team so i transferred to another location. i’ve been applying to KOP Space for about 7 months now and have heard nothing. I have a secret clearance, i’ve even applied to some places like boeing or northrop and same story. is quality just not as valuable? it took me at most 6 months to find my current job and by then i had already had like 3-4 interviews. i’ve only had one. what am i doing wrong?
