what is going on??
I got my forward helix pierced barely over 3 weeks ago. I haven’t failed to clean it twice a day, I take proper care, I haven’t gone swimming or gotten any creams or wash other than saline on it, it hasn’t gotten hit either. The only thing is I sometimes sleep on it. I have a special pillow so I don’t but I move in my sleep. It hasn’t had any pus or fluid come out at all, it’s swollen but there’s still room on the bar. It stopped hurting on week 2 and everything was fine then I noticed this. There was always a red-ish purple-ish mark since the day I got both my forward helixs pierced and the other one is like this too but not as bad. This one is getting worse though. It doesn’t look like a bump I don’t think it’s raised but I am really worried about getting a bump. Anyone know how I can fix this or what would’ve caused it? (edit) I just realized in the picture it looks like a bump swollen around my jewelry but it’s really not at all, it’s flat.
