Anyone had problems with Vinted customer service recently, the customer service is terribly and slow in general but recently they haven’t been responding at all , I sent an email and messages on the app a week ago about a couple of issues I’ve had with 3 different orders, and had no responses at all apart from the ai robot automatic replies.

None of my items have been getting many views or favorites recently , and I can’t delete and relist them as Vinted has been deleting the listings when I try to do this. Is it worth bumping or spotlighting the wardrobe ? Has anyone got sales from doing this.

Anyone else uploaded stuff but it’s saying no listings on their page, I’ve asked a friend to view my vinted and it’s saying no listings after uploading stuff.
