Lower ab advice.

Ive seen great results just doing cable crunches 3 times a week even in a heavy deficit, I know you can’t purely target the lower abs but has anyone got any recommendations for something I can do, preferably weighted, to engage that lower portion a little more. Hoping to fill out the little loose skin now I’m getting back to maintenance calorie, or is it a lost cause in the genetic lottery?

I’ve started adding sets of dragon flags on days I train abs which do give a nice stretch. Tried knee raises on the captains chair but even with good spinal flexion still feel hip heavy

10 months, 26kg down, keep going or build size?

currently trying to find maintenance after cutting for so long

58/59kg, 28.5 waist, 29 naval, 38 chest

still carrying a little fluff in places, could be leaner but I feel tiny and mildly worried the loose skin will get worse if I push for 10-12% BF.

better to enjoy maintenance for a bit with a lean bulk post summer, or go all out and get as shredded as possible then build?
