So to preface this my computer is still on windows 10 because It just can run windows 11 I also don’t really turn of my computer often

So I open my computer and I try to go into chrome it tells me to allow chrome to modify my computer or some shit I clic yes ( I know stupid) and i try to open a tap or the scroll both don’t do the right thing the keys open random things and my mouse doesn’t click or scroll.

My mouse and key board do not plug in whit the same usb key so it’s not that miss functioning

Am i cooked or is this a normal bug with windows 10 has of recent
