how is it that multiple men have done this and none of them have been demoted? is it because Ben went to him? and because Jason was short staffed on deck? not saying the behavior before is right. but we have seen male members even Joao go after two different females and not get demoted. Joe Bradley-last year!! What am I missing?

hopefully this is blocked out. who do we think it will be?
