What was filleting the fish even supposed to look like?
It seems like even if they did have 8 people to help fillet the fish it still would have looked awkward right? They didn’t have a cart to roll out so it would have either been (1) everyone walking out with the food and then going directly to the bar trying to fillet the fish in one small space or (2) everyone placing the food in front of their guest and then leaning over them trying to fillet them.
I feel like this is very different from going to a restaurant where they have an entire cart for this purpose and it is typically done for a few people.
