Hey guys, I will be moving to Iowa City at the end of October. I will be working in the Northgate Dr / N. Dodge St area. I am leaning towards living in Coralville but have had absolutely no luck finding an apartment. Looking to keep it under $1,800 for a 1 bedroom and want something more updated with in unit washer and dryer and preferably a balcony/outside area. It seems the entire city runs on an August-July schedule which is new to me. Not sure if there are any recommendations for complexes, companies, or resources. Thank you!
