How to convince my mom to wear a long sleeve shirt when it’s 87 degrees (M)
This may sound really dumb to some people but I’m gonna explain anyways. I am pretty skinny and tall and I absolutely hate how I look in short sleeve shirts and am always very uncomfortable. I am 22 but because I live with my mom I need to live under her rules which I understand. I was invited to my friends house and I want to go but my mom is saying I have to wear short sleeves. Even though I try having a conversation with her about how it makes me uncomfortable she dosent seem to want to understand. She says it will be weird being the only one in long sleeves even though I will be inside. I even tried coming to an agreement by willing to wear shorts and a long sleeve top but she still won’t allow me. I know this may seem stupid to some people but it’s really stressing me out because I just want to be comfortable. I hate having to miss out on things because of stupid reasons.
