Interested in buying a business that’s doing $12m a year in revenur -90% coming from Meta .. profit is roughly $2.5m per annum after everything.

Seller wants 3x annual profit

My biggest concern is that Meta revenue is as good as today - no guarantees that it won’t just disappear overnight as this Reddit is filled with businesses waking up to zero conversions one day with no recourse or recovery path.

What should be realistic value of Meta based businesses post algorithm updates?
