Watch on the right was my father's and since inheriting I've had serviced by Cartier, however I'm taking it back today as it keeps stopping then starting again.. very strange. It had quite a bit of work done and the warranty is 24months, this was a year ago so I am taking it back.

The watch on the left was my mother's, being a quartz it's running fine, however hasn't had a service for years.. is it even worth letting them service it?

What do the enthusiasts say? On the one hand it'll come back looking lovely, I have gifted it to my wife after my mother passed. Or, keep it as is.
