I'm on my first playthrough, and I just have to ask, is she the worst disguised serial kille/ cannibal demon in fiction? Or am I an idiot

I know next to nothing about her character, but her entire house is littered with torture devices and slave collars, she waters at the mouth and creams her pants whenever she sees someone getting horrifically mutilated, and she keeps popping up with dead bodies near her whenever I take an eye off her, like a dog dropping a dead squirrel on your lap.

Am I crazy?
