Comfortable workout
I’ve been lifting and working out consistently for the past few months, and I finally understand why people spend a little more on workout clothes.
I started wearing some fitted compression shirts and shorts from a well-known athletic brand..Under Armor, mainly because my old cotton T-shirts were getting soaked halfway through my workouts. I sweat a lot, especially on leg days, and cotton always felt heavy and uncomfortable once it got wet.
The difference was noticeable right away. The material stayed light throughout the workout, and it dried quickly instead of sticking to my skin. During longer sessions, especially when I was doing squats and deadlifts, I felt a lot more comfortable and didn’t have to keep adjusting my clothes.
The compression tops also seemed to help a bit with support. I’m not saying they made me stronger, but I felt more secure and focused, which made my workouts feel better overall.
I was skeptical at first because workout clothes can be overpriced, but in this case, the quality has held up well after multiple washes and intense training sessions. If you sweat a lot and train regularly, investing in better gear does make a difference.
