What are you all using for lead data in 2026?

Current setup on my side is:

  • 5 domains / 15 inboxes
  • sending around ~250 emails/day
  • Apollo for leads
  • Plusvibe for sending/warmup

Apollo’s been feeling rough for me recently. A lot more outdated contacts than before, bounced emails creeping up, and sometimes the company/person data feels months behind reality.

Been seeing people mention stuff like Clay, ZoomInfo, Instantly lead finder, LinkedIn Sales Nav & scrapers, etc. Would love to know what people here are relying on now for consistent lead quality

Back to back ride weekends, what helps your legs recover?

I'm trying to do more Saturday and Sunday riding now that weather is better, but day two is humbling me.

The first ride feels fine. Then Sunday starts and my legs feel like they never fully woke up. I'm fueling better than I used to, but I'm probably still missing something on the recovery side.

For people doing back to back long rides or mini training camps, what actually helps between rides? Easy spin, legs up, massage, compression boots, better carbs, nap? I'm looking for practical stuff that does not require a full pro team

I’ve (28) had rosacea for a while and my skin’s basically stuck in this cycle where if I treat the acne too aggressively my redness freaks out even more. I was reading this esthetician article about whether LED therapy actually works and it was one of the few things that didn’t sound super overhyped. They kept saying LED works more like a consistency thing instead of some instant miracle treatment, which honestly made way more sense to me. I’m mainly looking for something that helps calm inflammation overall instead of constantly throwing new actives at my face. For people who actually used red light consistently, did you notice real changes in redness and breakouts or was it super subtle? And how long did it realistically take before you were like okay yeah this is actually helping?
