Been on a very long weight loss journey. Started at 269lb in March 2024 and made some big changes. From sedentary to regular workouts (started 3 times a week now 4-5) and have gradually lost 45 lbs naturally.
Started reta 3 weeks ago and have since lost a further 8.
I notice a LOT of people on here running test or on trt and I'm curious if because of a diagnosis or just a choice made to improve further.
Had my levels tested and I'm at 18nmol so don't classify for prescribed trt.
39 (very nearly 40) male 5'11 for reference.
Still a ways to go
