Hello! I had a spark plug die at roughly 60,000 miles, (confirmed with multimeter showing 0 ohms resistance, new one shows 7 ohms resistance)
Here is the old one, note I didn’t feel any oil on the spark plug after pulling it out, all dry. But there was a small thin layer of oil on the outside of the ignition coil.
The old plug was installed about 6 years ago, it’s a NGK IR IFR6T 11.

From the pictures, are there any obvious signs that I might need to fix something else to prevent this from happening again? I went ahead any put a new ignition coil and double iridium spark plug in this cylinder.

Thank you so much!!
