Setup an API integration w Anydesk cloud
Hello everyone! I've got Anydesk Advanced license recently and decided to set up API integration in order to streamline the work of the support team with client session IDs (basically to get correct session ID for certain employee from CRM as a link for quick connection) and ran into several problems.
The API documentation on the Anydesk website looks terribly outdated. Instructions from other sources always vary. It's hard to even figure out which URL to use to set up the integration. And most importantly, support has been silent for weeks on a request for instructions and a combat API key to connect (because even as owner I can generate only personal API key, while instructions says I need another one from Anydesk support team). Who has encountered similar problems and can suggest a shortcut?
