People (who never thought about freewill) are by default compatiblists
If you give a vegan a menu of 10 dishes, where only one is vegan and tell them
> "I can predict the dish you will choose, therefore you were not free in your choice!"
They will look at you like you're crazy. They will tell you "what? the fact I chose the vegan dish is the PROOF I was free! any other choice would've meant I was pressured"
