I just got into USC, but it's contingent on my spring GPA being above a 3.5, which it's not, it's a 3.38.

Two questions:

1. Is this a condition that they extend to everyone?

2. Does this mean my chances are shot?

Already enrolled elsewhere so it's not a big deal at all but I wanted more information on this.
